Hi Folks, my name is Ray Kinsella and I’m an agile coach, trainer and agent of change.

In the over 20 years that I have been fortunate enough to work in this amazing business, I have learned a great deal about agile transformations.  

I have been part of some of the most extraordinary transitions to agile ways of working. I’ve seen it happen in the most rigid and structured environments, the last place you would ever expect to see change happen. But indeed change it does. And after all these years I have learned that successful change generally relies on one crucial ingredient…MOTIVATION.

The first thing I tell my clients is “agile is not the destination, its just the doorway”. If you set out to implement ‘agile’ merely to say you are practicing agile, your road to change will be long, painful and potentially costly. If however you recognise there are things about how you build your amazing product and deliver your unique service that can be improved, then agile ways of working can most likely help you achieve that goal. Understanding what you want agile to achieve for you and your organisation creates a shared sense of understanding of the goals you set at the outset. This helps generate shared motivation by all involved to do what is needed to make change happen.

I am a agile coach, trainer and agent of change. I will be your catalyst to making change happen and making it stick. Once you identify the motivation for change, change always follows.
